Hello everyone,
I am conducting an experiment and will let the squad know the results as soon
as I can and hopefully will be before the end of the month.
I have invited selected 'victims' or 'subjects' to lunch. Most of the people I
know are too busy, so I gave them a very formal invitation to a very informal
lunch. They don't know what my purpose is, but that's not the point. So far I
have had two lunches, but I want to see the results with people that have
different backgrounds. It's been a lot of fun so far, because it has kept me in
my toes and thinking about the MOQ ideas and refreshing my mind about it.
In this experience, I get best results by avoiding difficult terminology. Don't
even mention the words MOQ at all until the last 15 minutes.
                                                    'Mu'
To all of you,
Ciao Squad,
Carmencita. (I am very Petite, so I use the spanish 'ita' ending)
