Just a quick one, regarding the "physical senses" : how many of those do
members of this list suppose we have? - if they're so concrete, we'd surely
be able to enumerate them fairly easily, wouldn't we?.......
All right, I'll own up: it's a trick question. Nobody has ever been able to
arrive at a consensus as to how many senses we have, any more than they have
been able to arrive at how many "instincts" we have. It's a hornets' nest,
this.
