1) info without entity -> Well, this is a pointless question because
there is <at least> me <you>. This could be one of those quantum type
events that is unresolved until the point of observation but, for us,
that point has been reached. We think, therefore something is.
The second one is more complex. If the universe is a complex data
organism perhaps the idea is to resolve the question. Reality is the
manifestation of the calculation. Which would beg the question...
"What can be?"
