Solidarity = collective = politics = Intellect
Apathy = individual = society = Social
Solidarity, is bound to certain conditions ; is bound to terms, to
structural
criteria, can be juridical. You can 't be solidair with a criminal, can you

Solidarity is a political system of mediation. You can 't give from out a
certain notion of solidarity more chances to a criminal than you give to
others. Solidarity is a collective system for some obscure greater goal.
The end result is never seen...
Apathy, is a individual statement based on the notion of lacking a certain
degree of compassion and pity.
You can have apathy for a criminal his/ hers situation and therefor not
helping
him/ her.
Here is the system based on ethical/ Social decisions, on Justice...you take
away the rights of the criminal.
Apathy is incited because with the notions of solidarity you work against
the
individual his/ hers own wishes, needs and drives. Solidarity is IMO
collective
and therefor something of the Intellect. By inflickting apathy into the
Society
the Intellect is takin' away some tools used by the Social for questioning
the
Intellect....!?

intellect abhors ingnorance which seems to contrdict an intellectual reason

it would be using some strategies ( like showing to the Social that racism
is born from ignorance) in order to cover the Social with Intellect
solutions.
But, on the other hand, if the Intellect ( like Science) would agree upon

fact that being ignorant is something you simply are because you don 't
have no choise to be otherwise ( genetic defect, bad memes) than IMO
Intellect would have lost its grip and impact on the Social.
That is, the Intellect can 't no longer onpress its strategies upon the
Social,
due to the fact that the Intellect than have said it all_ how can the
Intellect
still abhors ignorance if she herself says that ignorance is nobody 's fault
!?
It would seems here, in that case that Intellect contradicts herself !?
On the other hand, the Social would not be better of knowing or not if
racism/ intolerance etc is born from ignorance or not.
That is, racism/ intolerance etc are inbedded into the Social, moreover
they are inbedded into the individual, more than ever, that due to the fact
and there you are completely right, the Intellect, has takin' away the
public ( Social) place wherein such matters could be settled once and
for all_ people don 't talk to eachother no more, that is.
The Intellect is " controlling " the statements about racism/ intolerance
etc
( by restriction, rules and laws) where in fact it would be better to leave
it all up to the individual ( Society and Social).
The Society and the Social are expelled from out the discussions about
racism/ intolerance where in fact conflict/ rivalry/ jealousy and envy are
cornerstones of the Social. There is no place left to settle our
differenties.
IMO, in fact Intellect is pushin ' the Social up to a very extreme point of
view_ in a democracy the point is just that POWER switches from time
to time from some elite to another. The Intellect is takin ' it all, and in
a
democracy that is a very bad thing.
But, in addition, like I am in Democracy all the time, the Masses will
eventually choose for the kitch, not for the avant- garde and so not for
the Intellect.
There will be a disurbance against such a kind of Politics/ Intellect...
