MD MOQ and other species

In MOQ, all beings have their own 'chain' of evolution toward DQ. In
present-day situations where human needs threaten to annihilate a species,
should human needs prevail?

If we say Yes, why? Unlike other species, we have Intellect and Art, but
they are tools for the goal of DQ, they are not the ultimate Good. So why
is our path to DQ 'better' and more important than any other species's
path? Some people see Truth as be OUR goal but a plant is not at fault if
it can't pursue truth. It pursues DQ as best it can.

If we say No, how do we justify limiting DQ (by limiting the population)?

In fact, does MOQ offer ANY support for limiting human populations where
they conflict with other species (except for the need for social
stability)? Is the MOQ, which says the entire world is moral, not useful
for determining the morality of intraspecies behavior?
