Anyone tried it? Pirsig explains it at the begginning of Lila and I suggest
reading 'doors of perception' by Aldous Huxley to find out more. It really
is quite increadible, basically it renders you able to see through subject
object mentality by producing perceptions that take in 'the whole'. LSD is
also rather similar in my experience, both allowing patterns to be seen FAR
easier than in normal state of awareness. Things such as trees and clouds
become increasingly complex as more patterns are recognised, the ability to
differentiate to an amazing degree colours is one of the methods of this
perception of patterns. Static abjects become increadibly ugly,
particularly man made objects, whilst anything with movement or texture
becomes almost orgasmically attractive. I realise that many of you may have
strong opinions against such adulterants however I HONESTLY believe the
consumption of hallucinogens (particularly mescalilne) offers almost
'secret' insight into the nature of our world. Many studies show that
"intelligent" people are able to accept a whole new branch of reality, that
in many cases is quantifiable, by the consumption of such chemicals, rather
than the media thrashed images of tripping lunatics or hippies. Any new way
of percieving things is surely beneficial in understanding the complexities
of the MoQ. Also as the MoQ is all ecompassing, is there any medical
evidance that is able to be extracted. That is people who live their lives
in ways that are deemed quality according to the MoQ live healthier, longer,
happier, fitter etc lives?
