Um... I have been thinking about this a bit.

Right, we have static quality and dynamic quality.
The point above says that quality can be defined to a
point but really I think we could say that static
quality is very definable and dynamic quality is
specifically undefinable.

This arises because the definition of dynamic quality
changes it to static quality. As we go through life
we experience dynamic quality all the time and from
that create static patterns. These patterns might be
right or might be wrong but they are the definitions
of the dynamic quality that we have experienced.

For example. The first time I ever saw a tree I
experienced it purely on a dynamic quality level, I
had no past experience to bring to the table. But as
I saw more trees I began to expect particular traits
within them. That is because I had built up in my
mind a static pattern for trees or a definition of
what a tree is, or as in ZAMM a priori (sic?).

So our goal can't be to define dynamic quality because
as soon as it is defined it is static but our goal
should be very similar to this. Our goal should be to
always look into dynamic quality to improve our
definitions (our static quality) and make them closer
to the true dynamic quality of reality. Our main
problem arises if we stop seeing the dynamic quality
and start believing that the definitions (static
patterns) we have built up previously are total truth
because then we cease to grow and improve.

Just an idea anyway.
