To Jon and all,
I don't mean to sound irreverent, but just because we need
to pray doesn't mean we turn off our MoQ vision. This is
what I pray:
Transcendent God,
you whose power working in us can accomplish more
than we can ask or imagine,
be with your people now, all of us.
End the violence now.
Help us to unravel this difficulty,
learn from it,
and change our lives
so that this anger will never erupt
between peoples again.
We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen
