Yes, you are quite correct.

I was not clear enough in my waffling, and let the Nietzchean metaphor run
away with itself without explanation.
   It's just that "beyond good and evil, and truth and falsity" is more
rhetorically exciting to me than to say, "more dynamic/primal than static
social and intellectual patterns," if you get my drift.
