Dear Wim,
I have found the article -- from 1988! -- along with a teaching curriculum
that I developed for it. But it is LONG. I am under the impression that
attachments are not favored on MOQ. Is this correct?
I will try and insert an extract of something else, here, though, which
might actually be more on target: it has to do with qualities of process,
which I've written about at length in a draft book. The material here is a
simplified set of guidelines for a class of transformational leaders.
Guidelines:
Qualities of Process
. Do's and Don'ts
Don’t waste resources
Don’t coerce participation
Don’t impede each other
Don’t disparage diversity
• Evolutionary leaders and managers are self-selecting, self-empowering
• Ad hoc leadership
• Encourage variety within evolutionary leaders and managers
Everything is an experiment
• Report on experiments
• Learn and teach
So, I am speculating that a fifth level might have something to do with the
creation of quality on the world (above its intellectual consideration), and
that 'qualities of process' might be suggested as a way to encourage quality
action. What do you think? I am no expert in the MOQ as many people on
this list are. I'd be interested in whether this makes any sense in the MOQ
context (or any other, for that matter).
Best regards,
Lawry
