Agreed, but not being a mystic, from what I've read of Buddhism and the
mystic's "no-self" I find it a most difficult concept, let alone praxis.
However I have had, as I think most have, "direct everyday experiences",
during which all sense of self and time slip away and a state of
peaceful, yet active, bliss emerges. For me these are usually during
solitary activities designing or building something. Sports talk refers
to this as "being in the zone". I imagine that if everyone could
"attend" to, or "learn" from these infrequent, isolated experiences such
that this state was expanded to all of experience, the path would
magically build itself.
