Hi all,

Seems I continue to hear arguments that Quality is nothing more than
subjective good.
Will it be seen by a new and more complex thinking
organism, perhaps, someday that our extinction was a quality event?
I see much of what is being discussed as mere transference of our
wishful imaginings onto the purposes of the universe and its myriad forces
and nature.
Our human culture destroys a multitude of things in order to
achieve its "Quality" - Natural landscapes, ecosystems, natural resources,
entire other populations of humans, etc.
It might suffice to say there is often a level of awareness that
transcends the immediate focus on needs that broadens the view. We marvel at
it and call it spirituality, or being in the zone. Its just a matter of
widening the concept of self and concomittent awareness. So If we could
open all the way up to the universe and be aware of that ...then what would
be the direction/purpose/quality that would qualify for ultimate goal?. That
will remain a mystery as long as it comes back through ego/subject, but a
sense of it may be glimpsed when it comes back as a dance between
object/subject rather than a seperate identity as with ego.
