Hi this is a response to Risky Biz...
              I think you might read the neuroanatomist Antonio Demasio's
book Descartes Error.......He shows that in order to make a quality decision,
one must employ emotion at the deepest levels. All our efforts are imbued
with emotion...But then my belief is that emotion is made up of numbers of
urges and biochemical drive mechanisms, thought induced arousal states, and
emotional feedback on itself as well as the urges generated by the deepest
core instincts coming forth in any way.
    We are a product of the universe and evolution. Even the insatiable
desire to dissect definitions into minutia is an instinctual drive of the
brain/ organ. There are sayings to ridicule any of our efforts when
misplaced. Maybe Quality is God's sense of humor.
