TO: Everyone in the MOQ
FROM: Roger
PLEASE READ THIS POST (and the one from me after it)
The next post I send will be a summary of the Overdoing the Dynamic thread.
I tried to semi-moderate the discussion to keep it going, and agreed to do a
summary of it. The goal is to see if this works as a way to statically latch
threads. There is no way anybody can capture everything in 50 posts over 3
weeks, but, we can point out some of the obvious agreements, contentions and
highlights of the discussion.
EVERYBODY, including those not in the discussion, please let me know if there
is any value in this type of summary at the end of a discussion. If so,
volunteers could choose to semi-moderate any given discussion and could
summarize them for future review. (The summaries should be open for
commentary corrections by the group as well) We could label summaries
different for easy retrieval, or we could post them somewhere special. Ideas?
Does this idea have any value at all?
