Hi All
this is my first foray into the moq discuss group so be gentle
a few thoughts......
Having recently seen a Horizon (UK science program ) special on 11 th
dimension universes, our universe... and the latest theories of infinite
multiple universes, based on membrane theory, it is patently obvious to me
at least that an absolute truth can exist in our universe but that it may
not necessarily in any other where the laws of physics are completely
different to our own.
We exist in an 11 dimensional universe, but are only aware of 3 ( or 4 if
you include our awareness of time), an absolute truth may be just that for
all intents and purposes, as we can never comprehend beyond our senses.
theoretically at least Quality could be the eleventh dimension, which
according to scientists, is only 1 trillionth of a millimetre from every
point in the universe. and yet is incredibly small 1/ 1 followed by 21 zeros
(a petrillionth of a metre wide?)
Pirsig being right is not an absolute truth itself.. although I do think he
more than anyone is on the right track, but even he is limited by his
awareness of his own 3d existence
A man who assumes he is right rarely looks for the truth
