Thanks for the info that's interesting. I thought maybe Pirsig picked Woody
Allen because to me they had the same sense of humor although I thought of
Pirsig as more mellower, rugged W.A. It was hard for me to compare the
mental essence to Peter Coyote because I don't really have one for him. I
don't remember any of his performances. Although reading his bio page helped a
lot. It does seem like a good match, much better then Woody Allen!! Platt I
would LOVE for you to read Peter Coyotes bio page keeping in mind that Pirsig
wanted him to represent his image (don't read just after a meal you may lose
it)
