Enjoyed reading your views of the mystic experience addressed to Gav.
A quick question: Would you consider an aesthetic experience a mystic
experience? (An example of an aesthetic experience is Pirsig's
description in Chap. 9 of hearing a song on a car radio that "stops you
in your tracks.") IMO such experiences occur to many people quite
naturally without any need for "praxis" which helps explain the appeal of
art in all its forms.
