you're right of course..Pirsig intended dynamic to mean changable, but
looking further, is it not from this that science becomes so powerful....
I do think that Pirsig has the highest regard for science, but it is not the
only sun in his world.. as it is to many
Without the pursuit of science, Pirsig would never have written a book, I
could never communicate with you etc. etc...
Surely one of the main aims of ZMM and Lila, is to reconcile science &
technology with art, religion and philosophy, through the use of a larger
value system "quality".
