this is kind of interesting:
intellect breeds self consciousness and not the other way around
as you've noted: thats not to say that knowledge requires intellect
i'd like to hear responses from everyone with something to offer on:
symbols & structured language in relation to intellect
observation: intellect tends to retard all other growth until fully
developed at which time it promptly phases itself out
observation: intellect is notoriously poor at assiting interaction,
as every time you think, you're living in the past
observation: often intellect impedes learning with past experience
what role does pure structure play in all this?
any arguments that prove fundamental/necessary problems to any mode of
thought?
pros AND cons?
alternatives and their pros and cons?
