Since I'm a sole proprietor and sole employee of a small business I
wonder who is it ,under your amendment, that is going to decide for me
just what my "just compensation" should be. And if I fail to sell,
produce, and collect that much on a regular basis, or fail to make a
living wage.. What happens? Are we talk'n jail time here? Or possibly
we put my clients in jail? Is there any possibility that the value of my
services are being justly compensated and it still not be a "living
wage"? Who's responsible in this case? And what if this was your own
dilemma? And if not now, What if someday it was?
