MD Goodbye note

Hey Davor I couldn't agree with you more.

When you look at all the personality theorists it is odd how each theory is so
obviously derived from that theorist's personality. (hey Angus maybe
postmodernism gets so much heat because people want to believe their ideas
come from some vaccuum??)
Personally I think Struan should be let in, everybody should get off Horse's
back and let's move on.... It feels like I am watching some male soap opera
here.

GLENN: Diana's intent was very basic; it was simply to understand
what the MOQ said. Given that you could do that, she was then interested
in exploring its metaphysical and sociological implications, good and bad,
and she did this until the day she left (in disgust). Under Diana's helm,
dissenting opinions were OK and people of my "ilk", as MOQers like to say,
could feel reasonably comfortable here. Until recently, I thought Horse
was fair and liberal, and I thought Struan's difficulty in re-subscribing
was just a technical snafu or because Horse was away from his computer for
a few days. But I was wrong about that and wrong about Horse, too.

ERIN: Actually I think you are wrong about Diana. I remember browsing the
archive and somebody was throwing a fit because they were blocked. If I
remember correctly she blocked that person for breaking the rules.
I don't feel like looking for it because I think this thing is blown way out
proportion and don't feel like wasting time on it. I think you'll find it with
a thread called censorship.
So maybe Horse was following Diana's example. I don't remember Diana getting
the same hell but don't remember it too well. If you really want me to find it
I will.

Erin

Hi all,

just a quick note, initially I did not want to partcipate because I simply
can't see the problem. If Struan is really eager to participate there are ways
enough on the net, everybody knows that so I think he is just provoking
because he did know how the group was going to react. It is actually a very
good way of comprehending Kant, get to Kant know himself first. When revealing
connections between philosophies and characters(I say what's the difference?)
the skie often clears up, for me that is.
