Hi Andre,
Here's my take on "God" under MOQ. Pure Quality is
both the ground of being that created/gave the
universe its structure, and it is the goal of being
that we humans are reaching up to when we have any
sort of mysticall experience. Our idea of "god" is a
static pattern which is may start as a mystical
experience.

But, when we try to understand that experience of
pure Quality we have to interpret it within our
culture/s mythos and our own metaphoric ideas. All
this is going on at the 4th level, the level of
intellect. So, when we go to interpret our experience
what we will understand will be affected by how
evolved we are personally and how evolved our culture
is. Our "dear friend a. Hitler" could have had a true
mystical communion with pure Quality, hypothetically
speaking. But, he would interpret that experience in
terms of his own twisted, paranoid, meglomanic
personality. Siddartha, when he had a connection with
Quality, he came back with a vision of "god" which
became Buddhism ( he became the Buddha. Siddartha was
personally a very evolved human being, that's the
difference in their understanding of "god".

The experience of mystically reaching Quality is
potentially there for anyone, but what a person brings
back from that height is affected by what kind of
personality they were before they had the mystic
expericnece.

An aside: When I first encountered Ken Wilber what
excited me was that he asked: what is the best a human
being theoritically could be? a happy neurotic, as
Freud might envision, not good enough said Wilber.
How about a self actuallized person as Maslow
envision? Better, but is that it? Wilber decided
that siddartha was a "average guy" who had a
experienced life and then had a mystical vision and
became the Buddha. Ah ha, said Wilber, this is the
top of human theoritical potentianl. Then Wilber set
off to figure out a psychology that would describe how
a person could reach Buddhahood. That started Wilber
looking all over for maps of reality that could
accomodate such a possiblity for human personal and
cultural evolution.

That's my take.
