If we create all there is, and all there is is quality, then money is
quality.
However, if people are the measure of all things then people are a more
valuable measure of quality than wealth?
I think we agree here?

You make me sound like a wanna be King!
Good heavens! ;)
I wish to be free of obligation to generate wealth for the sake of it.

A doctor can be just as creative as a mathematician or a sculptor.
I feel sure there are many who enjoy creating as doctors so that's well isn't
it?
You assume to be a doctor is to do something problematic for all individuals
when some individuals may find the activity exceptionally interesting and
fulfilling?
If there have to be slaves, then i am happy to do my share of slaving if that
is in the social interest. All i ask is to be free from doing any damn thing
as long as it serves pure economics.
All the best,
Squonk.
