Well, how can i argue with Robbins? ;)
I do feel there are two positions at odds with each other and these positions
may be held by the same person at different times?

Pheadrus does not define quality.
He does not know it either as quality is prior to 'him.'
Pheadrus does however recognise that many cultures over many millennia point
to quality, and cites the Greeks as an example.
The University would not accept any definition outside of subjective or
objective premises.

If you are IN SOM then you may have asked a for an answer that is too big for
the question.
If you are OUT of SOM and looking at it from the MOQ, then there is a
possibility of answering the question.
