Try to think about a screwdriver, and only about a screwdriver, for ten
minutes. It's good training.

And, what tool do you use to counter the gumption loss when you strip
the head off a screw? Yes, intellect serves a tool to find a solution,
but first you have to deal with the anger and frustration. The ability
to transcend the immediate situation is worthy of being described as
more than "no different from a screwdriver".
