Hi Matt,
You made a mistake in your narrative in the post that you had Platt send
for you.
Sallust was a Roman and so should have been included with Seneca and
Cicero. The Greek you wanted instead of Sallust was Solon. Solon was one
of the 7 great Greek Wise Men and founder of the Greek polis in the 6th
century BCE.
Also, Cicero has elements of both continuums in him, kinda' like Pirsig.
So, be careful.
