To all on this thread;
Thank you for the feedback re: empathic rationality. There is only one tweak
of what I'm reading that I'd like to correct. We evolved with primitive
thinking but as humans began to organize into groups. Primitive thinking did
not have the ability to develop this needed organization. To overcome this
need we evolved logic thinking to go with primitive thinking. We have both
these processes now in a much more evolved form. Empathy does not supplant
either primitive or logic thinking. It simply refines the communications
process. Before I forget; yes, when I refer to a person's environment I'm
referring to the total environment which includes society.
