Seems like ages since we discussed directly!
Firstly, I like your definition very much - why wouldn't I? It hinges on the
'individual' not the reason. Second, I do think there is something in the
distinction of names between intellectual and individual, for reasons I've
explained, and will probably expand on further. To my way of thinking
intellectual carries too many connotations of SOM thinking and metaphysics,
and is not in fact the vehicle for Dynamic innovation. So my suggestion is
that 'individual' is a more accurate and less misleading title. Do you
really think that all I am doing is 'bickering'?
