To go along with Platt's position on the use of gas by the Russians; If
anyone comes up with a drug so potent it can knock out hostage takers before
they can respond it would be adopted by all nations. They need to work on
disbursement and they may have learned the lesson that they shoud've done it
sooner so the victims weren't as weaked physically from the ordeal.
