Seems to me that under the MoQ, communications could be about nothing but PoV! What else is there to communicate
about? Indeed this would align correctly with MoQ concept of the PoV being constructed upon the previous PoV but being
discrete from it. The intellectual PoV is generally used to transmit information about the three previous PoV, but
additionally it can transmit information about itself. It wasn't invented for this purpose, but it has evolved to do
so. The idea that the intellectual PoV has evolved, like all the other PoV, is a concept that should not be
over-looked.

I do not think that the MoQ should constitute a special category of intellectual PoV anymore than leopards are a special
category of organic PoV. Sure leopards are very different than flatworms and flatworms existed long before leopards but
if we grant leopards special status, well the house-cats will want it and the lemurs and the sloths and the weasels...
You see where this is going? Leopards and flatworms are different in degree but not in kind. If we grant special
status to MoQ then what about special status for Nook-Nook, God of Sleeping Fish? Both are intellecual PoV's, both
explain reality/experience. That one is higher quality intellectual PoV shouldn't matter should it? In computer
programming we have "meta-data", information about information (how many bytes in a directory, the sum of a spreadsheet
column) , but it's still data. If we were presented with a kind of intellectual PoV that was uniquely different from
other intellectual PoV then I could accept creating a new PoV for these entities but today either the pattern is still
too mired in it's beginnings in the intellectual PoV to discern or it is truly not a seperate pattern.
