The feeling that I get from the majority of the posts on this is that most people
don't accept the current existence of a fifth level. That there is the potential for a
new level to emerge given the right circumstances is accepted by some and not
by others.
My main purpose in suggesting the possible existence of L5 was to look more
closely at the 4 levels as I was not entirely happy with the PROGRAM posts on
that subject. My own thoughts are that we tend to accept the current ideas of the
MoQ in an almost dogmatic fashion and this is unhealthy for the MoQ as a whole.
I'm also more interested in exploring the possibilites of the MoQ than remaining in
some fixed static patterns.
I'm not sure if the MoQ will ever be complete. According to Pirsig, Lila is just the
start. The whole idea of the Lila Squad is to explore the possibilities of the MoQ
and this is what I am trying to do. And how can we ever know when something is
complete?

Reality evolves and changes. Level 5 may come and may not - who can tell? This
is the nature of evolution, in the MoQ as with everything else. As for the other
levels, I wouldn't worry about them. The acceptance of a fifth level is hard enough
and even if these other levels come to exist it is unlikely that any awareness we
may come to have of them (if any) would be such that they would make little
difference to us. Does a rock value the MoQ - ask a rock (probably best to wait
until no-one's watching though!!).

Once I was a child and now I'm an adult. I don't consider my self ugly merely for
having grown. I think Pirsig's message to the Lila Squad was one of thanks for
picking MOQito up and offering a hand of friendship . Are we now to imprison his
beautiful child in the chains of our own timidity. Children grow up, but always
remain beautiful to those that love them.
