Hi Glen, Bo, Squad,

Let me first state that the whole of MoQ (or any other metaphysics) is a
pattern of the intellectual level which it contains. This is what gives
the intellectual level special status. There is an inherent recursion.
Consider a TV camera trained on the same screen where its image is
projected. The screen contains an image of itself which contains an
image of that ... ad infinitum. This is something quite special, which
doesn't exist for other parts of the image e.g. the image of the frame
of the screen, though these also repeat (but not within themselves).
I know that someone is going to tell me that the camera lies outside the
recursive pattern, but I would answer that for us to "step outside" and
transcend intellect is mysticism.

Was that kick really called for? Bo, I'm not sure what you mean by
"principle". Principles are sometimes tools (like "Archimedes
Principal"), and sometimes "moral" principles. I regard SO thinking as
an example of the former.
I'm still waiting for you to tell us whether or not your SOTAQI idea
means that you regard the Intellectual level as consisting ONLY of SO
thought, in which case maybe you could call it the moral principal of
that level;-)
Actually Bo, I think that your kick was really a stone, and the SOTAQI
idea may turn out to be your glass house.
