Ken,
I enjoyed your comments on purpose and how our contributions to the dynamic
lead to a universe in which we feel so at ease.
<< "The Universe is not evolving toward anything, it is just instantaneously
evolving and carrying us with it and because our desires have some small
influence on this direction it feels good because we wish for the good. It
is evolving in as many different directions as there are individuals riding
along. Because we are similar beings with similar desires and needs it
seems to be generally satisfying to most of us. Many worlds, Many
Universes." >>
The universe is a great place, because we were literally made for each other.
It is a safe bet that regardless of how implausible the odds, that every
member of the LS shares the following statistically impossible
characteristic.......
Every one of our direct ancestors conceived a child before dieing. Not
just our parents, but every ancestor ever to the beginning of life.
What are the odds? One hundred percent when looking backward. The point of
course is that we are the uninterrupted progeny of those most in tune and
those most able to tune the universe. The universal 'we' is intractably in
tune.
The reason we perceive the direction of the universe to be "better" is because
we are part of it, because we influence each other. Dinosaurs and dodos and
Neanderthals may disagree, but their vote no longer counts.
I would like to end with Horse's history quote, but feel it would be
plagiaristic.......
Be Good All.
