MD Defining Dynamic Quality

Hi Magnus, Roger, Jonathan and 'tothers

I'm going to have to wait a few days until I carry on the discussion about splitting
DQ as I'm moving house and packing up 'n' stuff at the moment. I'll be
incommunicado for a few days (a nice place, so I'm told) until the computing
machines are up and running again (Gates willing). Sorry for the delay and I hope
it will be worth it. It may also fit in with the morality debate as DQ is, apparently,
a dominant force in morality(?).

Apologies again

Horse

It was what got written down.
It was as simple as that!"
