Letting the state raise children would probably reduce dynamic quality,
don't you think? <G>
Anyway, although we were talking from America, I think the comments about
parents not raising children are true in most industrial/post-industrial
societies right now. Perhaps I'm being blinded by culture, though.

This seems to prove the point that parents depositing children in daycare
is worse for society (and any societies we might come in "contact" with)
than the parents actually teaching and taking care of them. Those military
men (and women) were probably raised by daycare and public schools. My
son, only 19 months old, already knows the difference between a tank and a
tractor. In fact, as we are in Texas, he should know which color tractor is
made by which company by the end of the year...<G>.
