This is what I think:
If the plan-making process (p-mp) is DQ, then we should recognize some
"situations":
1. p-mp to fix SQ (in this case I am not sure that p-mp is DQ)
2. p-mp to change SQ .
Anyway, to be more concrete with sky-diving example.
I think that p-mp is some sort of "baby DQ". Like you are struggling
with SQ (
what if I get killed, what about my family, you feel biological fear, is
this
clever...). If DQ wins, the "baby DQ" will became "adult (pure) DQ",
and you
are flying in the sky. If SQ kills the baby, you will never jump! So, in
this
case, plans and action are DQ.
Making plans is in some relations with SQ. Action is "pure" DQ. Static
patterns are not present anymore.
I am not sure that this model could be generalized.
Maybe I should think more!
