It's an article about Richard McKeon. McKeon was the infamous Chairman who
confronted Phaedrus in the closing chapters of ZMM. Pirsig never names him in
the book (although in the 25th anniversary edition he does mention the other
teacher, a man whose name he recalls as "Lamm").
