First: I do not believe, nor am I trying to swashbuckle you into thinking,
that I am the only one attempting to outlay P's ideas in a complete, clear
and point by point fashion. Really, now. I can't do it on my own, nor you,
and probably not anyone else. So let's all love each other.

Second: I recall when I first joined the discussion here, it was about
Mary's query on how to best present the MOQ - whether to one group, one
person, or another. At that time, you, as did I, laid down some "dogmatic"
statements about the MOQ. We were in near perfect agreement. Good. Bad thing
is, the month ended, and any "universal" coherent picture of the MOQ was put
aside - at least on the website, it seems.

So, I in no way ignored your attempt(s). I like them. I liked mine and
others', too. But the important point is that I have yet to read a - again,
now - POINT BY POINT - logical, clear, consistent, blah blah blah
formulation of P's ideas and certain problems or platypi that come up in
trying to understand it.

In that case, I suggest we devise some simple expandable -quantifying-
system in which form we can put clear ideas. For example, a file could be
put on the website, which has main points and problems, clearly labelled,
for all to agree or disagree with - but we would at last be discussing on
some common, foundational basis. We could all refer to openly accessible
intellectual values.

Meaning, say: "I disagree with (Principle, Arche, Axiom, Whatever) # 2, or
letter X, subsection iii, for the following reasons: a, b and c. then the
next person can refer to specific arguments which inevitably will come up in
any prolonged discussion of the MOQ. Also, lurkers and newcomers might
appreciate it.

Obvious reply: I don't have time. Neither do I at the moment, nor am I
computer-literate beyond the keyboard. If five or six people even would
really like to try to make this idea work, then I promise I'll work hard as
soon as exams are done in a couple months. Maybe it'll strike everyone as a
static, sucky egg of an idea. That's okay.

Gotta go.

Rich
