What is time? Time is change. What happens if nothing changes? Time stops.

What is change? Change is a response. The sun strikes a seed. A tree grows.
The seed changes in response to the sun. Change is response.
What is response? Response is awareness. When the tree-bark is cut, wound
wood grows back. How does the tree know it is cut? It is aware of the cut.
Response is awareness.
Everything that changes must be aware of at least the cause of the change.
Else there is no awareness. To be unaware is to be unresponsive. To be
unresponsive is to be unchanging. To be unchanging is to be timeless.
What are you? You are awareness. You are Time.
