Greetings,

Blimey, toys flying everywhere today. What an absolute riot. I consider
Horse's persistent and relentless abuse a personal triumph for my reason.
Much appreciated. Still, 'coarsness for Horses', as they say.

I also note to my satisfaction that not one person here is prepared to make
even the most cursory attempt to support the specific ethical examples in
Lila. Could it be that I have a point and that this is what has sparked yet
another tedious round of attacks upon my person from those without the
faculties to do better?

Glenn is absolutely right in that Pirsig is clearly convinced he has a new
and scientific approach to ethics AND that his practical examples in Lila
substantiate his thesis. That not one person has put up a single coherent
argument in his defence ON THESE PRACTICAL ISSUES is pretty damning evidence
against the claim that the moq is pragmatic.

I shall lie low for a while and leave the staticticians to return to patting
each other on the back in their own safe little world.

Have fun.

Struan
