Struan, you are a pompous ass. I have precious little time to read all of
the postings as it is and the last thing I need is you wasting bandwidth
with personal attacks and peevish sniping.
When you manage to behave yourself, you are a valuable contributor,
not least because you play the devil's advocate. Unfortunately, you have
been a pain in the ass for much of the time I have followed the discussion
on moq.org. I believe you are responsible for running some good people off
the list over the years and I wish you would either grow up or get lost.
Rather than waste everyone's time, at least have the courtesy to engage in
your juvenile
pissing contests via private e-mail (although I can't imagine why anyone
would bother to participate) and save your Quality posts for the list, or
better yet bugger off completely.
Were I the owner of the list, I should have you rusticated without further
ado. I'm not, so I guess I have to put up with the constant turmoil you
provoke until you either moderate your behavior or give up and devote more
of your time - and talent for pedagogy - to torturing students.
This is just my opinion, of course, although I seem to be in good company.
Feel free to insult me once or twice and then go away.
