Billy, Oisin :

It was definitely very interesting reading about your quality experiences, especially for someone like me, living in a crowded part of Asia with a very little chance to step outdoors. However out here we see quality in the minds and hearts of people, the smiles on their faces and in conversations with them.

In a crowded city with very little space, one has to reach deep within to find quality in things that one does and in life in general. People here have the practice of meditating, which involves closing ones eyes and making ones mind blank, sometimes by the repetition of a single sound "aum". This clears the mind and helps one focus on things.
It is surprising how one can find the answer to many issues by making ones mind blank for a period of time.
Sometimes the solution arrives by "getting out of yourself" and looking at the problem in a an objective and detached manner.
I study architecture, and understand what Billy shares with fellow artists, poets and sculptors. Sometimes I find the solution to a design problem by putting my pencil down and staring at the drawing board for hours on end.
All the same I still wait for the time when I can step outdoors and have the same experience as you guys have had.

Thanks for sharing this. -Altaf.
