Platt,

I made a comment awhile ago about thinking for yourself. You should really
do that. I'm not going to change my opinion because of an American poll. I
know a lot of Americans are angry, and if given time to think without bias,
would most likely change their opinions. I'm not saying it's a cold hard
fact, but i think it's very reasonable. Furthermore, i don't think that the
American people are some unquestionable source of intellect and that just
because the majority of them think one thing, the minority should immediately
follow the pied piper out of town. As long as they keep watching this biased
media, how could you expect them to thik any different? I think the reason
many people on this list are against bombing other countries is because they,
contrary to most of the American public, are well-informed from unbiased
sources and take an intellectual stance, considering the big picture instead
of some short-sighted plan of w bush to bomb Afghanistan.
