Hi there Sam!

I know which approach i prefer?
This problem requires some serious intellectual patterns.

I remain hopeful because i feel there is a self-similarity at work here.
The US itself is a microcosm; there are fundamentalists who have already
passed state laws banning Darwinism.
If not for Federal laws taking control, this kind of thing would be on the
march.
So, we can see intellectual patterns at work even within the US to mediate
social patterns.

On a global scale we have a problem unless the higher freedom of intellectual
patterns can be applied. Sadly, the dominant patterns being applied by the US
are economic, i.e. Social.
The IT revolution has radiated images of what the other half are enjoying at
the expense of those being suppressed by the very same system.
The IT revolution has also provided opportunities for global organisations to
operate without a geographical base.
Until the resources are spread around GLOBALLY with more equanimity; as long
as inequality and privilege are displayed with such glaring disregard for
those without, then the revolution will be inevitable.

Let them eat cake?

Squonk.
