I think it's a safe assumption to say that God minus religious connotations
is the same thing as Quality. God, in Thomas Aquinas's definition, is the
highest form of thought in a human mind. TV could be one's god, as could
music, sex, etc. So, whatever the individual finds the highest Quality in is
God. Of course I know it's not always that black and white, so maybe a
working definition would be "the collection of the highest virtues of the
individual." It's like Dmitri Karamazov declaration (i know, i know, I'm
obsessed with that book): 'Glory to the Highest in the world! Glory to the
Highest in me!'
