A process has a terminate.
An activity does not; values are active and not processes.
The static distinction of four levels is an intellectual postulation where as
an activity of contemplating Quality has no end and no begining because
Quality creates the arbitrary subject/object split.
Morals are activities and as such are not right or wrong but rather good or
not so good.
The MOQ is an intellectual morality with activity at it's heart or essence
and is therefore liable to increase overall moral quality.
Discretion is the better part of validity.
