I think so. I call it "essence extraction." We pick
and choose the various essences of an environment to
build up a drama in our life to give it meaning. We
fear giving up this process in order to avoid lack of
meaning. If we stopped and were "awash" in Dynamic
Quality, there would be no meaning but there would be
the "Good." We need the "courage to be", to let go of
the static process of essence extraction that builds
up a self.
