perceiving sound doesn't require intellect. sound is part of the flow of
perceptions.

No Keith.... The only thing in the 'flow of perceptions' is DQ...
'Sound' is an Intellectual Pattern that decribes the effect of air waves on
ear drums (which are also just patterns). Even Social Patterns may come
into play in the mix (ie. distinctions in tones that are crucial to
understanding some Asian and African languages can not be properly heard by
foriegners not raised to hear them). But on the pre-intellectual side of
things... there is ONLY DQ.
