oops. I just realized a typo on the last email. Authoritarian is high control
low acceptance.
Another interesting point I think is the idea that in industrialized countries
our social clock has become more and more out of sync with our biological
clock. Example better nutrition speeds menarche so girls are biologicaly ready
to reproduce earlier each year (although it has leveled off now) but are
socially produces a clock that tells them to wait until later than they have
in the past.
