Yes. The fourth level of intellect is based on the inflexible laws of math.
Neither groups nor individuals can overthrow mathematical laws and
their essential role in the success of science and technology. They can
only ignore those laws at their peril, as third world countries and
potentates are prone to do.

I've argued for a code of art as a level above the intellectual. As such,
artists depend on the intellectual right to freedom of expression to
assure their own right to free expression. Intellect and art do not
flourish in a totalitarian societies where what you say, write or paint can
get you a one way trip to rat infested cell.

By the way, your candidate for the law of the fourth level was "human
rights." How do your "human rights" differ from Pirsig's "amorphous
soup of sentiments?" In other words, what do you have in mind
specifically?
